Home Run to Brett's Place
Spring 2009
One of my hobbies is home-roasting of Specialty Grade Coffee. Perhaps you have already enjoyed homeroasted coffee, or even coffee from my roaster? This morning's cup of Brazil Fazenda "Jacaranda Estate" was incredible, with a rich cup and an after taste of rustic chocolate.
My "Mason Mills April Showers Blend" for 2009 includes coffees from El Salvador, Ethiopia and Colombia. I start with Specialty Grade coffee, which is much more selective than what you may find at the store or the local shops. I carefully blend, and then roast to a "Full City". When completed, I seal in bags with a bosch release valve to allow the natural CO2 to escape. Once in the package, I label and ship to you.
If you would like to buy some coffee, please drop me an email at homeroast@gmail.com so I can get an accurate count. This will make roast planning just a tad easier.
Thanks,
Brett Mason
